Blueberry Maple Whipped Goat Cheese

A very easy but elevated way to serve goat cheese at your next brunch, or on a charcuterie board. Two ingredients, one bowl, a plethora of possibilities.

  • 4oz goat cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Craft Blueberry Maple Syrup

Using an electric mixer, beat cheese and syrup until smooth in a medium sized bowl. Mixture will rise in size and become fluffy. Syrup should be added to taste. If you want a sweeter cheese, add more syrup.

For serving, you can pair with crackers, fruit, and meat. Use your imagination. Use your instincts.

The recipe I created is as follows: toasted sourdough, thin layer of blueberry maple goat cheese, fresh blueberries, crushed walnuts, drizzle of blood orange olive oil (I used Agrumato, but any infused citrus olive oil or regular extra virgin will do). If it’s lunch time, pair with white wine. Enjoy slowly.
